- I have held senior professional leadership positions within Psychology and Clinical Psychology nationally, in Western Australia and Victoria, for over 30 years including that of Chair of the Clinical Psychology Workforce Taskforce that improved access to public sector psychology services, and foundational leadership in the development of the Primary Mental Health Care systems in Victoria and Australia. I am a past National President of the Australian Psychological Society (APS: 2016-2018), and have served three terms as a General Director on the APS Board of Directors (2025, 2020-2023 and 2014-2018).
